Roles & Responsibilities
Technical & Engineering Support
- Support the Electrical Division in basic programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting of home automation and Smart Control systems
- Assist in backend software configuration and setup for web and mobile-based automation applications and systems
- Assist Project Engineers in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues for automation systems
- Support integration and configuration of home automation systems with IoT devices and network infrastructure
- Assist in basic electrical setup, system panel configuration, and switch layout coordination for automation projects
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Support system testing, commissioning, and handover activities on site
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist in maintaining technical documentation, system records, and project updates
- Support coordination with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients during project execution
- Ensure project documentation and configurations are properly updated within internal systems
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma or NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or automation systems preferred
- Basic programming or software troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
