Support operation and maintenance activities, such as planning resources and scheduling for maintenance, implementing change management and performing annual BC/DR exercise.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to fulfill business SLA.
Ensure system's compliance to cybersecurity requirements, such as periodic software patches, IOC hunting, threat & risk assessment and vulnerability scan. Coordinate and support for penetration test and purple-teaming.
Support various audit activities, such as reviewing and preparing ISMS documentation and participating in actual audits.
Test and commission new system implementations and changes.
Improve current system processes for efficiency and optimization purposes and update operation/maintenance documentation and SOPs.
Plan and design for system replacements and upgrades. Draft and provide specifications for new system implementations, technology refreshment and enhancement.
Prepare tender documentation and work with procurement team for commercial bidding exercise.
What You'll Need
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer or Infocomm) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience with Operational Technology engineering systems, preferable in maintenance service-related field.
Good understanding of industrial control systems and communication protocols.
Good understanding of industrial network design, including tiered network, VLAN and firewall management.
Prior experience in Linux or Windows administration such as Active Directory (AD) will be an advantage.
CCNA / GICSP / CISSP certification and prior experience in cybersecurity audit and compliance will be an advantage.
Willingness to be on standby duty and respond promptly to site requirements.
