Engineer - Test Equipment (WLCSP)

Job Description

• Develop, implement and administer a schedule of planned preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery and tools
• Maintain and update specification of preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Perform machine troubleshooting and support engineering activities
• Manage spare parts and inventory
• Drive improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
• Prior working experience in a cleanroom environment is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team and multi-task
