Duties:
- Conduct on-site inspections of rail systems and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works to minimize downtime.
- Identify system faults, track issues, and carry out defects reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, service reports, and maintenance updates.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection findings, defect rectification, and maintenance records in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system upgrades to improve rail performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and rectification works.
- Ensure compliance with WSH, rail safety procedures, and company standards.
- Attend breakdown call-outs and provide on-site technical support when required.
- Participate in shift work, standby duties, and night maintenance activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Min Dip/ Deg in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field of study
- Rail experience preferred
- Ok to work shifts
