Job Description

  • Coordinate and administrative support installations and relocation projects, and installation and commissioning of instruments
  • Recording and maintain client contact data and any business-related database
  • Providing on or off-site corrective or preventive maintenance according to contracts/requirements
  • Keep track on instruments preventive maintenance status on site
  • Ensure items/tools/instrument calibration status always regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring serviceability of strategic instrument development in Singapore and champion certain lines of instruments
  • Service report documentation, liaise with Customer Service Rep for necessary follow-up action
  • Responding to customer callouts, on standby duties
  • Evaluating and resolving customer instrument problems
  • Liaising with and working alongside customers and suppliers on problems encountered
  • Liaising with members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Maintaining technical manuals, service spare parts quantity/status
  • Ad-hoc projects and assignments
  • Upgrade business skills by attending and applying skills acquired through company sponsored courses and training
  • Support management's directives and efforts
  • Be a team player to all departments in the company

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 2 or more years of experience in servicing and repairing healthcare diagnostic equipment
