Engineer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or coaching
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management
• Train new employees and support ongoing development
• Resolve customer or operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Report performance, incidents, and operational updates to management
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (often 1-3+ years)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or relevant systems)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime (depending on industry)
