ENGINEER

• Technical Supervision: Setting out, leveling, surveying the site, and ensuring all structural works comply with drawings and specifications.
• Project Management: Overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating labor crews, managing subcontractor work, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Quality & Safety Control: Conducting quality assurance checks, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Administrative Reporting: Preparing site reports, budget estimates, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
• Logistics & Material Management: Ordering materials, verifying inventory, and ensuring correct usage. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or construction-related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, technical drawing interpretation, and surveying instruments.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities. about 3-5 years experience ,Need to work long hours and weekend
