Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Be responsible for Semiconductor Back End Test Unit Process Engineering
- Drive / actively participate in cross functional projects on Industrial 4.0 factory automation, process improvement and cost reduction
- Analyze, improve, characterize and control processes towards stability, reduce waste and process variances, support production ramp up
- Lead investigations into deviation management, crisis management, risk management and mitigation
- Lead change management projects.
- Support equipment qualification, defect characterization, commonality studies and yield improvement initiatives via data analysis and machine learning
- Be in charge of updating Process Flow/FMEA /SOP/OCAP/Control Plan
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 0-3 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Strong problem solving, communication and leadership skills to work with cross functional teams
- Strong knowledge in data analysis and data visualization tools such as Minitab, JMP, Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C/C++ or Python) for embedded systems.
- Familiar with IATF16949 standard and change management
- Expertise in FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, 8D Methodology and Advanced Process Control / Statistical Process Control
