Engineer / Senior Engineer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities:
. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and design needs.
. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
. Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
. Conduct user research activities such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews to better understand user behavior and pain points.
. Translate research findings into user-centered and visually engaging design solutions.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
. Maintain consistency across products by following design systems and brand guidelines.
. Support frontend implementation and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
. Participate in continuous product and user experience improvements in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements:
. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, visual design skills, and user-centered design thinking.
. Proficient in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing.
. Familiar with UX research methodologies and requirement gathering through workshops, interviews, or research activities.
. Ability to communicate ideas effectively through presentations, storyboards, mood boards, and flowcharts.
. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design consistency and usability.
. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
. Experience in frontend development or project management is a plus.
