Job Responsibilities:
1. System Administration and Configuration
Administer, maintain, and configure the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform (e.g., OpenText, M-Files, SharePoint, Documentum, Laserfiche, or equivalent).
Set up user roles, permissions, metadata schemas, taxonomies, and workflows.
Monitor system health, performance, and storage perform maintenance and updates.
Manage integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, email, etc.) and ensure data integrity during migrations and upgrades.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for implementations and system upgrades.
Provide 1st and 2nd level user support to business, IT, and compliance teams.
Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices to enhance adoption and efficiency.
Collaborate with business units to gather feedback and continuously improve usability
2. Governance and Compliance
Enforce document management policies, version control, and retention schedules.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR), and audit requirements, including any industry-specific regulations relevant to CPG Corp.
Collaborate with records management and compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards.
3. Process Optimization and Automation
Identify opportunities to automate business processes using ECM workflow capabilities.
Partner with process owners to design, test, and deploy digital workflows and forms.
Continuously assess and improve content lifecycle management practices.
Security and Access Management
Manage access controls and permissions to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Implement audit trails and monitor user activities to maintain compliance.
Collaborate with IT security to respond to incidents and conduct regular risk assessments.
4. Project Management (Implementation Phase)
Participate in project planning, rollout, and post-implementation review of the ECM system.
Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience administering ECM systems or document management platforms.
Experience with at least one major ECM platform (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, M-Files, Documentum, Alfresco).
Familiarity with workflow design, metadata management, and document lifecycle processes.
Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in ECM configuration and administration.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and system integrations would be advantageous.
Familiarity with on-premises based ECM or hybrid environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities (business users, IT, compliance, vendors).
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
