Engineer / Senior Engineer (Cloud Operations & Managed Services / Operations & Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, storage, and backup systems

• Collaborate with system development teams on system design, implementation, integration, and testing

• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis, including executing corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize system downtime

• Develop and maintain technical and program documentation to support effective planning and execution

• Liaise with customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Required Skills & Competencies

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networking

• Strong interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to continuously upgrade skillsets

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
