Job Description & Requirements
- Liaise with Client's Facility Manager, manage the monthly servicing (create monthly report), give quotation for ad-hoc job, and create invoice when job is completed. Follow up with workers on the works that are required to be carried out.
- Followed up all ad hoc work related works documents (MOS,RA,PTW,SWP)
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
- Handle and assist with the project and coordination of project work, and control project costing.
- Conduct progress meetings, and supervise and monitor project works.
- Handle purchase orders, delivery orders, purchasing of marital and process equipment.
- Handling of company operation engineering, project planning, and management, site and management.
- Participating in the new tender.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Well verse in Microsoft office applications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Well verse in AutoCad
