Introduction

As an Engineer-Reliability, you will get to work on the Reliability failure mechanisms focused on Semiconductor process. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with the Fab and Technology Development teams, and perform Reliability test structure designs, testing, analysis/risk assessments and design rule proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Reliability test structures for Reliability testing
• Have ownership of the definitions, documentation and maintenance of test procedures, test findings & tools
• Execute benchmarked reliability test plan for new process evaluation, Process Reliability Monitoring (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues
• Support customer engagement in Reliability aspects, provides reliability presentations for customer visit and audits
• Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers
• Drive for effective CA/PA on FWLR reliability failures

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
• Around 2 years of experience of working with Reliability Testing, Reliability Failure Mechanisms. (Project / Internship experiences considered)
• Basic to intermediate level knowledge in Reliability Risk assessments
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of quality and reliability fundamentals
• Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc., is an advantage
• Fluency in English language - oral & written
