Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain OHSEQS Management Systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.
• Conduct data analysis using statistical tools.
• Co-ordinate & conduct Internal (1st party) and Vendor (2nd party) Audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry Standards, Specifications and Company's Policies and Procedures.
• Identify nonconformity and define corrective action plan.
• Verify process and their compliance to the various ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 elements during Internal and Vendor Audits.
• Analyze methods & practices and verify proper documentation exists.
• Report all findings found in a clear and timely manner.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive action(s) / areas for improvement to prevent occurrence/recurrence.
• Monitor in-process quality trends.
• Generate and standardize quality report.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Assist in co-ordination of management review meeting.
• Monitoring of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

• Degree / Diploma in Quality Management or any Engineering related discipline.
• Possesses ISO 9001 internal auditor certification.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint preferred).
