We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team! Your tasks
- Lead fast-paced EMC test & measurement engineering projects (typical delivery 46 months), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Plan, schedule and manage projects end-to-end in terms of scope, timeline, resources and budget
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones and deliverables; update plans proactively as risks change
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing and local subsidiaries; Manage external stakeholders test labs, end users and contract suppliers
- Track project budget, approve expenditures within authority, and escalate budget issues on time
- Produce regular status reporting to stakeholders and senior management; highlight risks, mitigations and forecast
- Maintain business dashboards and KPIs to track project performance and test results
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and manage contingencies to protect schedule and cost
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years engineering project management experience; EMC experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects in fast-turnover environments (46-month timelines)
- Experience with budget management, contract/vendor oversight and stakeholder alignment
- Proficient with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, JIRA/ Confluence, SAC/ Tableau or its equivalent)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Decisive, proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on risk management
- Customer-oriented, with experience managing local subsidiaries relationships and end-user expectations
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to change
- PMP certification is an advantage
