Develop design documentation as per Deliverable List eg Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, System Layouts, Equipment and Instrumentation data sheets
Involved in preparation of tender document and tendering activities (tender preparation, tender interview / clarification meetings, evaluate proposals submissions and Tender Recommendation Report preparation)
Perform engineering reviews on vendor documentation to ensure compliance and completeness in technical scope
Brief Process Supervisors on the project scope and ensure system complete on schedule
Interface:
Design Phase: Design Manager, Lead/Senior Process Engineer, Other Discipline Package Owner/s
Project Execution Phase: Project Manager, Safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance, Commissioning Manager, Process Supervisor, Other Discipline Package Owner/s.
Assist Lead/Senior Engineer/s in budgeting and cost estimations for projects
Assist Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance Manager/Senior Engineer/s in Site acceptance Test and Inspection Qualification
Assist Commissioning Manager in system start-up, testing and commissioning and system turnover to client
Promote safe work practices
Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years experience unless equated with professional certifications
Type of experience: Experience in design and/or construction in either Deionized/Ultrapure Water or Wastewater or Chemical or Gas Systems
Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients
