RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic team player to be part of our global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The candidate will be responsible for translating global customer demand into executable production plans, ensuring that materials, capacity, and manufacturing resources are aligned to achieve on-time delivery. As the key interface between Supply Chain and Operations, the candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance customer requirements, production constraints, and operational priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain production plans to support global customer demand while optimizing manufacturing capacity and resource utilization.
- Coordinate daily with Procurement, Material Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Equipment, Process Engineering, and Process Development teams to ensure production readiness.
- Analyze demand forecasts, material availability, production capacity, and operational constraints to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and maintain production planning reports, dashboards, and analyses using Microsoft Excel.
- Host weekly cross-functional planning meetings and communicate production requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans in response to changes in customer demand, material supply, or manufacturing priorities.
- Support scenario planning and production simulations to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, planning efficiency, and operational performance.

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from any recognized university.
- 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations Planning. Entry level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH-MATCH), charts, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound planning decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
