Job Summary
Perform installation and maintenance of monitoring instruments for construction sites, ensuring equipment operates reliably and improvements are implemented to support site monitoring needs.
Responsibilities
- Install monitoring instruments and perform maintenance tasks to ensure system functionality on construction sites
- Manage and resolve maintenance issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Interpret technical drawings and data to troubleshoot defects and execute repair work accurately
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to sustain equipment performance and reliability
- Record equipment performance data for assigned monitoring lines to track operational status
- Document diagnoses and details of defective products to support quality control and repair processes
- Identify opportunities for equipment setup improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance system efficiency
- Take initiative to propose and apply continuous improvements in maintenance processes and equipment handling
- Perform physical work and site visits outdoors to inspect and maintain monitoring systems
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma holder
- Singapore Class 3 driving license
- Ability to perform physical work and conduct outdoor site inspections
