Engineer

Facilitate the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and M&E systems.

Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the progress of project works on site.

Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to maintenance schedules and procedures.

Modify electrical drawings according to site conditions.

Assist the Supervisor/Manager in supervisory and coordination duties.

Manage multiple contractors concurrently to ensure ad-hoc projects are completed on time.

Negotiate prices with subcontractors and prepare quotations for clients.

Take ownership of assigned duties and take initiative to introduce effective solutions to problems.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering.

Possess good knowledge of electrical supply, distribution, and requirements for cluster buildings.

Be well versed in mechanical maintenance and installation of building systems such as ACMV, AHU, AHS, fire protection systems, and other M&E systems.

Proficient in MS Office with basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Willing to work on rotational day/night shifts.

Physically fit to walk and cover large campuses.

Willing to attend emergency site issues outside normal working hours, including off days when required.

Preferred to possess safety-related certifications such as Managing Work at Height, Scaffolding Supervisor, Confined Space Supervisor/Assessor, Fire Safety Manager, and Green Mark Facility Manager.

Basic knowledge of Green Mark-related activities and requirements will be an advantage.

Preferred to have a Master's Degree in Engineering from a local university.

Preferred to possess a Class 3 driving licence.
