Shift Work: 12 hour shift (Day/Night)

Job Description

• Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations Typically performs one or more of the following as directed and/or independently:

• Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan

• Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling

• Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or higher

• Good understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline within a semiconductor fab environment

• Familiar with standard engineering and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., data analysis, root cause analysis, SPC) to identify, analyze, and resolve routine manufacturing issues

• Can works effectively as part of manufacturing, operations, or module teams to support day-to-day production and continuous improvement initiatives

• Good communication skills to work with various stakeholders on the fab floor

• Must be able to work on 12 hour shift to cover operations
