Job Description

Requirements

. Degreeon Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

. Min3 years on Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry

. Knowledgeable in Equipment Assemblyand Test, hands-on experience with manufacturing tools.

. Equipment troubleshooting andmaintenance.

. Data Analysis and Problem-solvingskills, 8D/5 Whys/FMEA/CAPA.

. BOM management and technical drawinginterpretation skills

. Advance Microsoft Office skills withgood communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

. Primarily responsible for managingECOs for both new and existing products.

. Create and maintain mFlow, PCP, pFMEA,and Work Instructions (WI).

. Raise internal Engineering ChangeRequests (ECR) when required.

. Support and drive continuous processimprovement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

. Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, BDG, Planner, and Buyerand QA

. Support and oversee FA (First Article) builds to ensure compliance withEngineering requirements.
