ENGINEER (M&E)

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:

. Review project specifications and technical clarifications

. Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies

. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

. Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with

. Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. NTC/Diploma/Degree Holders

. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in building/warehouse construction

. Use of Autocad would be an advantage

. Proficient in using Microsoft Office

. Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamworkRoles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all M&E works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and address technical clarifications as needed.
• Prepare method statements and identify any discrepancies in technical drawings.
• Manage project planning, design coordination, material requisition, cost control, site supervision, and project documentation.
• Supervise M&E works on-site and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and ensure timely, smooth progress of project activities.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, and strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all project activities comply with the company's ISO management system.

Job Requirements

• Possess NTC, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in supervising M&E works, particularly in building or warehouse construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
