ENGINEER

Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

. Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation.

. Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.

. Preparing Risk Assignments.

. Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox.

. Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.

. Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.

. Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.

. Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.

. Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
• 10-12 years Manpower Management Experience.
• Should have experience in 24/7 operations
• Site safety and Knowledge in Risk assessment is advantage
• Should have Knowledge in Demolition Projects
• Immediate Vacancy
