Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee the coordination of day-to-day operation in the precast concrete activities.
- Responsible for overall delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution.
- Preparation of shop drawings for precast (PC) component monitors the progress of coordination and settlement of all discrepancies and issues relating to drawing.Implement cost effective design and project management methods.
- Liaises with clients, suppliers and related authorities on project-related issues.
- Review Project specification and requirement and highlighting the deviations and requirement to Contracts Manager/other Engineer.
- Produce project design to meet project specification and technical offer, ensuring accurate information to meet project delivery.
- Liaise with internal/external customers and suppliers on technical matters.
- Support Sales and Production on technical details.
- Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project.
- Co-ordinate and interact with the project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Prepare & update project status by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information gathered.
- Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation.
- Involvement compliance to WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design, Safe Management Measures.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
- Prepare, submission and filing of Project-related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc.
- Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly.
- Proficient with Rebar Oder as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, modelling software such as AutoCAD.
