Configure and deploy 42Q MES settings to meet product-specific manufacturing requirements on the shop floor, and serve as the primary liaison to provide feedback and escalate requirements to the Corporate 42Q Development Team
Maintain and troubleshoot existing (42Q) MES systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Maintain the accuracy and reliability of all SFDC configurations and Medical Validation documents.
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements using MES functionalities.
Maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the MES system.
Resolve Line system issues in a timely manner.
Analyze production data from the MES system to identify trends, yield, and areas for improvement.
Train& mentor new or junior staffs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Stand-in for team members whenever the need arises.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering(Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science or related field).
Experience in the PCBA/SMT/Box Build manufacturing industry, with dedicated experience in MES implementation.
Experience in PCBA/SMT/Box build manufacturing industry is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite applications.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Project management skills.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 13485) and software validation practices is highly preferred.
Basic understanding of system integrations (e.g., ERP to MES, equipment API integration) is an advantage.
