Seagate's Operations Quality & Analytics organization helps to protect and improve Seagate's Total Customer Experience Develop, deploy, and sustain End-To-End Quality Analytics and Processes to provide trusted, actionable information enabling earlier detection and prevention of HDD and System issues. Drive In-Process Quality is a subgroup of OQ&A to protect HDD and System quality through in-process audits, monitoring material and process parameters, containing problematic parts, and ensuring the implementation and verification of corrective/preventive actions.
