Job Description

Join a team dedicated to developing, maintaining and improving manufacturing systems in support of foundry manufacturing, with a goal to deliver the highest level of customer support. The department is responsible for developing and sustaining foundry production processes outsourced to Foundries globally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various business divisions regarding their foundry technology requirements.
  • Responsibilities includes but not limited to foundry process flows, planning foundry wafer starts, providing Design and Product Engineering support, determining wafer costing, and conducting foundry site audits.
  • Manage subcontractors and serve as the technology liaison between our business divisions and them; coordinate foundry shuttles, new tape-outs schedules, and wafer start plans.
  • Create and maintain all documentation to support new and existing developments.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects for internal and external developments and oversee engineering changes.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Open to considering interns pursuing their degrees.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful, and willing to learn new skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with advanced semiconductor processing, wafer fabrication, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
