Installation & Commissioning Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment according to technical manuals and SOPs. Ensure systems meet performance and quality specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
Operational Support Monitor daily operations and provide support for smooth running of equipment. Ensure minimal downtime by implementing quick and effective solutions. Assist in spare parts management and inventory tracking.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and incident reports. Provide timely feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Compliance & Safety Adhere to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards during all field activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality guidelines.
Customer Support Act as the on-site technical point of contact for customers. Deliver training to operators or technicians when required. Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
Additional certifications in safety, equipment handling, or OEM-specific training preferred.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in field service, operations, or technical maintenance role.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Familiarity with industrial equipment, automation systems, or relevant tools.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Knowledge of basic PLCs, sensors, and industrial control systems (advantageous).
Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and calibration equipment.
Basic IT literacy (MS Office, reporting tools, mobile service apps).
