You will be introduced to the business processes in the first phase of the program. In the second phase, you will receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn latest products and technology, and acquire technical skills, learning from the ground up.

1st - 9th month

On-the-job

• Service & Confirmation of Periodic Safety Inspections (CPSI)

10th - 19th month

On-the-job

• Personal Occupant Requirement terminal (PORT), Digital Business, Remote Monitoring Platform (RMP)

OR

• Escalator Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance Inspection Standard, Service & Confirmation of Periodic Safety Inspections (CPSI)

20th - 24th month

Upon successful completion of the 24 months on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to become a technical expert, technical manager and beyond.
