Job Summary
Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of process systems and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of process systems such as reactors, piping networks, HVAC, utilities, and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical/CDMO facilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle including developing technical specifications, performing risk assessments, overseeing on-site installation, testing, and project handover
- Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA, SCDF, HSA, ASME standards, and GMP/GLP requirements throughout project execution
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Conduct process optimization studies and troubleshoot mechanical systems to improve operational efficiency
- Validate installations to ensure they meet performance and safety standards
- Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act guidelines during installation and commissioning activities
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- 1-3 years of experience in process engineering and mechanical installation within pharmaceutical, chemical, or high-precision manufacturing sectors
- In-depth knowledge of piping systems, ASME B31.3, HVAC, and pressure vessel standards
