What You Will Do

The role delivers facilities operation & engineering services, building/office space management services, and facilities equipment asset maintenance management to enable manufacturing operations.

Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently):

• Operates facility equipment and carry out Preventive Maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP and process exhaust systems logging

• Perform automation related tasks that enables operation team to have smoother pass-down system.

• UPW and M&E Operations and E-Logging, SCADA monitoring from FMS of cleanroom facilities, maintain contaminations free manufacturing environment and ensure uninterrupted facilities utilities supply to manufacturing process tools.

• Carry out supervision and coordination work with vendors

• Attend scheduled trainings, prepare required reports, daily Permit to Work

• Involve on Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP and system trouble shooting such as Fire alarm and protection system, VSD, UPS, Emergency genset, process exhaust system etc.

• Conduct regular site 6S inspections & ensure the closure of audit findings with respective System owners.

• Ensure safety regulations are complied.

• Maintains and secures facilities equipment asset

• Upkeep and maintenance of spare parts, inventory audit and CMMS work.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

What You Will Need

• Fresh Out profile with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic & Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

• Profiles with specialization in facility, or relevant working experience or internship experience in facility operation /wafer fab/clean room are preferred
