- Subcontractor Claim Verification: Review, measure, and verify monthly progress claims submitted by subcontractors against actual site progress and BIM records to prevent overpayment.
- Model-Based Measurement: Access and navigate the client-managed BIM platform to extract accurate material quantities, dimensions, and structural data for civil engineering works (e.g., earthworks, piling, drainage, concreting).
- Variation Management: Identify discrepancies between tender drawings, client BIM revisions, and actual site conditions to capture and track variation orders (VOs).
2. Site Engineering & Supervision (On-Site)
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Assist the project manager in daily site operations, supervising workers and ensuring civil works are executed according to approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site progress, maintain accurate site diaries, and verify that physical milestones match the project schedule.
- Setting Out & Coordination: Coordinate with site surveyors and supervisors for setting out, structural inspections, and resolving immediate engineering issues on-site.
