Engineer, Civil & Structural

Job Description:

• Perform site planning, coordination & inspection to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
• Review drawings, plans and change orders to verify the structural integrity of materials and design, and perform complex calculations and use modelling methods
• Provide technical advice and supervision to site personnel to ensure that work on site is carried out according to specifications and requirements
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Government regulation in terms of safety, building plan, structural plan, and environmental issue
• Coordinate and assist in RE/RTO inspection, maintain proper documentation of inspection forms and follow-up inspections.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. (PEB recognized degree will be an advantage)
• At least 3 years of local relevant experience in Building Construction industry
• Involved and completed a HDB or LTA project
• Good analytical, communication and project management skills
• Preferably with knowledge in BIM software, MS Project/Primavera6
