Engineer BIM Modeller / Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

• MEP BIM Modeller and BIM Coordinator
• Knowledge in BIM 360
• Use of BIM to perform drawing works
• Able to draw Revit 3D and AutoCad 2D
• Plan, organize and executive all engineering drawing assigned
• Ensure all engineering work and piping/electrical drawings updated as of site plan
• Perform project system design, planning etc.
• Prepare technical drawing
• Perform monthly engineering report
• Provide in-house technical training to all staff
• Evaluate and source for materials, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Understand and comply with government regulations
• Ensure that work done is being carried out accordingly to standard working procedures
• Observe and ensure safe working conditions
• Able to provide B.O.M and Q.S. from drawing

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Engineering
• Experience in M&E and Civil work
• Revit 3D and AutoCad knowledge is a must
• Business acumen and finance savvy
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment
