Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engagement Manager / Project Manager / Analyst based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, creating and monitoring budgets, analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality standards. The role will also require effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from planning to execution
- Experience in Budgeting and efficient use of project resources to meet objectives within financial constraints
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes to drive operational efficiency
- Competence in Requirements Gathering and documentation, with an ability to translate business needs into actionable plans
- Exceptional Time Management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software used for project management and process analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in quality assurance or working with compliance-oriented organizations is a plus
