Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage end to end delivery of banking IT programmes including regulatory, digital, and transformation initiatives

·      Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams within financial institutions

·      Drive project execution covering scope, timelines, quality, and budget

·      Lead cross functional teams including development, testing, and infrastructure

·      Ensure alignment with banking regulations, risk, and compliance requirements

·      Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans

·      Support proposal development, solutioning, and account growth within banking clients

·      Track and report project performance using defined metrics

Requirements

For 6 to 9 years experience:

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·      Experience in IT project or engagement management within banking or financial services

·      Understanding of banking domains such as payments, lending, risk, or compliance

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

For 9 to 11 years experience:

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·      Proven experience leading complex banking IT programmes or multiple engagements

·      Strong leadership experience managing teams and client relationships

·      Experience in regulatory projects such as AML, KYC, or risk systems is advantageous

·      Exposure to business development, solutioning, or account management

Preferred Skills

·      Knowledge of core banking systems or digital banking platforms

·      Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

·      Experience with agile or structured project delivery methodologies

·      Data reporting and performance tracking capabilities
