This person in this role will beneed to demonstrate strong healthcare consulting experience in the followingdomains: strategy and insights, pricing and market access,health outcomes, and policy and population health, in order tooversee delivery and support generation of local, regional, and global projectsacross two of our growing practice areas Insights, Strategy and Operations(ISO), and Policy and Population Health (PPH).

In this role, as part of thetransition to firm leadership, you'll learn to gain a wider, deeperperspective across practice areas, refine your leadership skills toinspire others and support the development of analysts and consultants. You'll also supportglobal clients on strategic decisions and expand your network and visibility inthe industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

. Oversee project delivery and operationalinfrastructure, ensuring quality outcomes and efficient use of shared VistaHealth resources

. Provide expert advice to clients act as atrusted advisor on engagements

. Translate strategic direction into tangibleworkstreams, partnerships and initiatives for clients in APAC and globally

. Engage in reputation building, thoughtleadership, and marketing of Vista Health

. Foster a culture of trust and excellence,maintaining high ethical standards in all engagements

. Actively contribute to the company's vision,business and people strategy and objectives

. Support the achievement of practice and globalfinancial goals drive delivery excellence and reputation-building for VistaHealth across markets

. Serve as a subject matter expert to the team andto clients

. Ensure consistent delivery excellence andknowledge reuse across geographies and accounts

. Engage with clients and with internal teams

. Support in the execution of business developmentinitiatives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities with bothexisting and prospective clients, contributing to sustainable revenue growthand market presence

. Identify and support client opportunities, leadgeneration and proposal development

FirmBuilding

. Shape and evolve practice offerings to meetevolving client needs

. Identify opportunities for cost savings andefficiency improvements through process optimisation and automation

. Support strategic partnerships and alliances toleverage complementary strengths and expand market reach

. Ideate and plan practice area solutions andmethodology development at the global level

. Lead and contribute to the design and deliveryof reports, white papers, workshops, and stakeholder forums that showcase yourand our thought leadership on key topics

Skillsand Qualifications

. 6-8 years of experience in healthcareconsulting, in the following domains: strategy andinsights, pricing and market access, healthoutcomes, and policy and population health

. Demonstrated consulting or advisory experience with stakeholdersacross the healthcare ecosystem, and client-facing delivery experience

. Exposure to value-based care, population health,and healthcare strategy consulting / transformation

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, andstorytelling skills

. Ability to synthesize complex data intoexecutive-level insights

. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, generaterevenue opportunities and lead consulting project work delivery

. Excellent leadership, accountability, clientfocus, technical knowledge and critical thinking skills required

. Comfortable working in a high-energy small teamenvironment and able to work well under pressure with a proactive outlook

. Strong leadership skills with a collaborativeand adaptable approach suited to a shared-resourcing model

. Excellent communication, writing andpresentation skills

. Excellent interpersonal skills

. Bachelor's (or higher) in Economics, PublicHealth, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science or related field advanced degrees (MBA orequivalent) desirable

. Familiarity with healthcare systems in APAC /SEA

. Experience supporting digital health, analytics,or AI-driven initiatives
