TSC.ai builds an AI-native operating system for public affairs. Our platform, Genie, helps organisations detect, understand, and act on external stakeholder, regulatory, reputational, and policy risk faster and more consistently than manual workflows.

The role We are hiring an Engagement Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise accounts and help deliver high-quality intelligence outcomes using our platform and delivery team.

This is a client-facing, mid-level role for someone with public affairs, regulatory, or strategic advisory experience who wants to apply structured, AI-assisted workflows to improve advisory delivery.

What you will do:

  • Support the delivery of intelligence outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Work with senior Engagement Managers and product teams to translate client goals into clear deliverables, cadences, and service levels.
  • Act as the verification and judgment layer on AI-assisted outputs, ensuring usefulness and accuracy.
  • Prepare executive briefings and syntheses ensure outputs meet agreed quality standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships across external affairs, risk, and strategy teams.
  • Identify and flag potential expansion opportunities to senior team members.
  • Drive adoption of TSC outputs within client workflows, with support from senior colleagues.
  • Feed client feedback, edge cases, and quality signals back into product and automation teams.
  • Contribute to defining playbooks and metrics under guidance from leadership.

Who you are

  • 4-6 years in advisory, consulting, public affairs, government relations, strategic communications, or strategic SaaS account roles.
  • Credible working experience with senior stakeholders and the ability to handle strategic with support.
  • Strong attention to accuracy, judgment, and quality control.
  • A builder mindset: you enjoy turning expert work into repeatable systems.
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted production and able to translate technical concepts into client value.

You'll do well here if

  • You want to improve advisory outcomes with AI and care about client impact over activity volume.
  • You are comfortable operating with some ambiguity and learning while building.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What success looks like (first 6 months)

  • A well-run subset of accounts with clear scopes and quality standards, supported by senior colleagues.
  • Strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Measurable client value and at least one identified expansion opportunity for the team.
  • Contributions to a repeatable engagement playbook used by the team.
