Location: Central, Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 months (Starting from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026)
Salary Range: Up to $4,700 per month
Work Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.5 hours (excluding 1-hour meal break)
- Friday: 8 hours (excluding 1-hour meal break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Partnerships: Collaborate with organisations to co-create and support initiatives that address the evolving needs and aspirations of youth in Singapore.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build trust-based relationships that enhance youth engagement and development outcomes.
- Grants Management: Administer relevant grants that provide essential support to youth sector organisations, including application processing, compliance, and reporting.
- Project & Operational Support: Support the design, implementation, and review of partnership initiatives track progress and report outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in grants administration, programme management, or partnership development preferred.
- Skilled in project management - organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines.
- Familiarity with trends and challenges within Singapore's social landscape.
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity in managing processes and stakeholder relationships.
- Able to work independently and in teams.
