Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits and gather the relevant data and documentation for the energy audit report
- Conducting a walk-through audit, measurement and verification of building performance in order to analyze and recommend improvements.
- Formulate and implement energy, water, and waste plans and evaluations to advance the sustainability agenda.
- Engineering solutions that provide the greatest value to our customers
- Help the Client throughout the certification process for Green Mark, WELLS and LEED.
- Project manage in various project implementations
- Manage subcontractors
- Testing and commissioning of implemented systems
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Data analysis and upkeep of engineering systems
- Assist on building the building management system with PLC, SCADA controls
Requirements
- Degree in a related technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Environmental Science)
- Familiar with LEED, WELL, Green Mark Certification will be an advantage
- 1 - 5 years of experience in delivering sustainability consulting projects, green building projects, or in a related role.
- ACMV knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to read and comprehend technical reports and drawings
- Creative in visual and verbal presentation approaches with the customer needs in mind
- Agile when the situation calls for it with the aim towards solutioning
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Works well in a team yet can be independent and accountable
- Strong advocate in the energy & sustainability space and wants to make a different
- Stakeholder engagement experience includes relevant government authorities (eg BCA, NEA, etc) multi-national corporations and senior management
- Explore and introduce new market-available technology and products.
