Job Overview
The Resident Engineer Workspace ONE will provide Level 3 technical support, administration, and operational management of Omnissa Workspace ONE, ensuring platform stability, security, and efficient endpoint management across the enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM, Access).
3+ years of experience with Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE.
Manage device enrollment, application deployment, user access, and security policies.
Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Support upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
Coordinate with vendor support for complex issues.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and activity logs.
Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to client teams.
