Digital Division's IT Group (ITG) supports the IT needs for DSO's enterprise and R&D functions. ITG oversees the development and operations of core IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, and enterprise applications.
Endpoint Management Engineer
In This Role, You Will
- Be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise endpoint management solutions
- Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable management of all endpoint devices, which includes desktops, laptops, etc. across the organization
- Collaborate with various IT groups to enforce compliance, streamline deployments, and enhance the digital workspace experience
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Possess certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, etc.
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security
- Experience to enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools
- 3+ years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in endpoint management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and practices
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests
- Participate in lifecycle management of endpoint hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
- Maintain documentation including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
