Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, competent, and patient-centred nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring and care
- Perform patient assessments and monitor patients condition throughout the care journey
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and caregivers on procedure preparation, recovery, and follow-up care
- Ensure proper preparation, handling, and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and instruments
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Relevant nursing experience in Endoscopy, Day Surgery, Operating Theatre, Ward, or Acute Care setting preferred
- Possess good clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
