Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team as an individual contributor. This role is open to junior to experienced professionals who are passionate about IT service excellence and eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment, supporting users across hardware, software, and network infrastructure while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, networking, and communication issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT incidents and service requests
  • Ensure users technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a stable and supported PC environment across the organization
  • Provide support for printers and print management systems
  • Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory (AD) (user accounts, access control, policies)
  • Work with ITSM tools to log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Support network services including DHCP, DNS, and general connectivity troubleshooting
  • Maintain IT asset lifecycle management.

Required skills/educational background,

  • ITIL Foundation certified (v3 or v4)
  • Experience working with an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory

Strong understanding of:

  • Hardware & software troubleshooting
  • Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS)
  • IT infrastructure and user environments

Experience with:

  • Printer troubleshooting & print management
  • IT Asset Lifecycle Management (CMDB)
  • Documentation and knowledge article creation

Soft Skills:

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good analytical thinking with ability to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Well-structured and clear written communication skills

Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment (shift based as needed).
