What You'll Do
- Define the Intune policy structure, dynamic device groups and compliance baselines tailored specifically for macOS
- Configure macOS management in Intune from scratch, including MDM Push Certificate connections and Apple Business Manager integration
- Implement and test Conditional Access policies specific to macOS endpoints
- Conduct working sessions with internal IT leaders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and independent system management
- Troubleshoot and resolve failing configuration profiles using log analysis and advanced debugging techniques
What Will Make You Shine
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT with a strong focus on macOS device management and architecture
- Track record of successfully leading macOS Intune configuration setups from concept to delivery
- Strong background in establishing initial Enrollment Program Token setups and managing Apple Platform Deployment
- Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) certification combined with Apple Platform Deployment training
- No visa sponsorship is available
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating from alternative mobile device management platforms (such as Jamf Pro or Kandji) to Microsoft Intune
- Experience with financial services compliance hardening and CIS Benchmarks for macOS
- Proven track record in mentoring and reverse shadowing to ensure effective knowledge transfer
