Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Employment Agent to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills and take pride in providing good service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation to families hiring domestic helpers
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage helper selection process
- Prepare and submit MOM documentation and work permit applications
- Communicate with overseas partners and manage helper biodata
- Maintain client follow-ups to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Meet monthly sales and service performance targets
- Assist with counselling and mediation between employer and helper when required
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service preferred
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Positive attitude, strong responsibility and service mindset
- Independent, organized and good at follow-up
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) preferred
