Why this role

Gate is one of the world's largest exchanges — but our employer brand hasn't caught up to that scale yet, especially in global markets. As we push deeper into those markets, most candidates meet Gate for the first time with very little to go on. You're joining to shape that first impression from the ground up: the EVP, the content, the measurement that an entire global TA team will run on. In 12-24 months, the difference between a candidate hesitating and a candidate saying yes will trace back to work you own.

What you'll do

  • Define Gate's EVP — the core reason top talent chooses us — and make it the spine of everything we say externally
  • Build and run our employer content engine across LinkedIn, the careers site, Glassdoor, and social, in English first for a global audience
  • Own candidate experience end-to-end, from application through onboarding, so what people feel matches what we promise
  • Turn employees into credible external voices through an advocacy program people actually use
  • Track offer acceptance, source of hire, and employer reputation, and let the numbers redirect where effort goes

What you'll bring

Non-negotiables

  • You've built employer brand or content from a blank page, not just maintained someone else's — you work without a playbook and make your own
  • You ship high-quality content fast, with taste, and use AI tools to multiply your output rather than flood channels with slop
  • You take real ownership — you move a problem to done without waiting to be told how
  • You have strong content judgment in English for a global audience, and can navigate the China context too

Bonus

  • Background in internet, fintech, or crypto
