In the heart of Orchard Road located we are today, our new home of 10,000 sq will full facilities including coffee corner, large pantry, bar counter, bigger social areas , enhance meeting room capacity enable us to host guests, clients & interviewing candidates .
This role will be focusing on the growth and the development of Employer Branding Activation Team
You are responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the employer brand. Link between the internal and external perspectives of a company , provide deep understanding of the organisation and culture of the company
As an employer branding specialist, you closely work with our client confronted with reviews on linkedin, Glassdoor & other social media, learn how to deal with them thru communications. In order to prevent negative reviews, employer branding specialist need advise client to be proactive and take steps to ensure that their own employees are content and committed.
This include offering solutions like surveys, organising focus groups or events to reinforce team building and communication. Through measures like these, employer branding managers can help create a positive corporate culture that encourages employees to express positive opinions about the company online.
Another essential task of employer branding managers is marketing.
Strategic development of the external image
Creation or support of the company's recruitment and career pages
Creation of suitable campaigns to support recruiting
Set-up and maintenance of recruiting profiles on job boards
Administration and management of employer evaluation portals
Participation in relevant recruiting and job fairs
Provide clients with creative ideas, taglines, messaging, and visuals Drive Activation projects from start to finish with your strong project management skills
Handle small, medium-sized, and large-scale projects with multiple client stakeholders
Analyse talent data and insights, and bring them to life creatively
Build communications strategies for social media
Manage existing and develop new client relationships
Support the Sales organisation in pitching processes and project scoping
We are looking for someone
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Media and Communications, Journalism, or similar
Experience in creating content in-house or in an agency-setting
Knows about the social media landscape and can advise on channels and messaging
Experience in project management & financial budgeting
Excellent spoken & written skills
