Senior/ Employee Relations Specialist
You will be a member of the Industrial Relations team responsible for maintaining good tripartite relations between management, union and employees. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the unions on relevant matters, leading and planning activities pertaining to industrial relations and engaging staff and union office-bearers on a regular basis to achieve harmonious workplace relations. You will participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, prepare reports and provide critical analysis on industrial relations trends.
