Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing employee relations, HR operations, and strategic human resources initiatives. The Employee Relations Executive focuses on resolving workplace issues and supporting staff, the HR Manager oversees HR processes and policies, and the HR Director drives HR strategy and organizational development. The ideal candidate is people-focused, strategic, and experienced in human resources management.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations Executive: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair workplace practices.
- HR Manager: Implement HR policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- HR Director: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning and talent development.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Advise management on HR best practices, legal compliance, and organizational policies.
- Lead initiatives in training, development, and employee performance improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR management, or HR leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement HR initiatives at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics tools.
- Leadership and team management experience.
